Overview:
Marcom Comprehensive Arabia DMCC is a leading training and development company in the Middle East providing comprehensive training solutions to individuals and organizations. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Appliances Trainer to join our team.
Role and Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions on home appliances including refrigerators washing machines dishwashers and ovens.
Develop training programs and materials to meet the specific needs of clients.
Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to individuals and groups.
Provide handson training to participants including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
Evaluate and assess trainees understanding and progress throughout the training program.
Stay updated with the latest home appliances technology and industry trends.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop training strategies and marketing materials.
Travel to different locations within the UAE and possibly other countries for training purposes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development specifically in the home appliances industry.
Extensive knowledge of various home appliances their functions and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
