Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Mathematics to inspire and guide our talented team of Mathematics teachers. This is an opportunity to shape the future of mathematics education and contribute to the academic success of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a clear vision for the Mathematics department aligning with the schools strategic goals.

Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Mathematics or a related subject.
- Proven leadership experience in a secondary school setting.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Mathematics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.
