Job Description

Hub88 is a content distribution platform with over 70 game providers. The Hub88 platform connects operators and suppliers: the platform processes over 30 million wallet transactions per day in Europe and Asia.
Hub88 provides an endtoend software solution covering content delivery and operators operations management through its backoffice which exposes features such as content management reporting etc.
Your daily tasks will be
- Coordinating configuring onboarding and supporting internal and external clients integrated to our platforms;
- Cooperating with other TechOps teams Supplier operations team the Product development teams Commercial team and Management;
- Responding to and resolving external and internal queries and incidents in a timely manner including oncall support out of business hours on a rotating roster;
- Investigating logging and resolving identified issues and perform routine followups of escalated issues until resolution;
- Reporting and escalating any potential fraud or security issues.
What we expect from you
- 13 years of experience as technical support application engineer or similar technical position;
- Pragmatic approach to problem solving;
- Attention to detail and precision;
- A team player and strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills;
- Being proactive adaptive and possess a customerfocused mindset;
- Understanding of gambling game fundamentals;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Confidence with Excel/Google Sheets is a plus;
- Experience in igaming is a plus.
