Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Assembler to join our team focusing on the assembly and construction of corrosion protection products in alignment with specific design and customer requirements. This role supports various production team members ensuring timely and efficient manufacturing of our industryleading products.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Assembly: Assemble corrosion protection products primarily Cathelco corrosion protection systems following job cards and design specifications.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders prepare products for shipment and maintain accurate test certification records.
- Quality Assurance: Support quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) initiatives participating in stock checks and inspections.
- Production Support: Collaborate with the Production Team to maintain material levels operate equipment and complete saw and boxing tasks as needed.
- Process Efficiency: Manage TCards and other planning tools for job progression enabling accurate workinprogress reporting.
- Workplace Safety & Maintenance: Follow health and safety policies update team boards with nearmisses and improvement actions and contribute to daily 5S housekeeping requirements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Safety: Adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Throughput and Productivity: Meeting daily production targets.
- Quality: Ensuring rightfirsttime (RFT) assembly.
- OnTime Delivery: Maintaining organization and delivering on schedule.
Experience and Skills
- Teamwork: Strong team player with experience in anode assembly.
- Mechanical Knowledge: Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with production KPIs (Safety Quality Delivery Performance).
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Work Ethic: Positive attitude with qualities like integrity accountability and resilience.
