Job Description
Our client is seeking a business analyst and project lead to drive AIfocused initiatives. The role will involve working on projects such as:
- Call Center: Transforming calls into text to analyze and gain insights into customer inquiries.
- Chatbot Development: Enhancing and enriching existing chatbots with generative AI.
- Data Insights: Using tools like Copilot and PowerBI to extract insights from available data.
Responsibilities
- Clarify and define business needs and align project implementations with the AI Competence Center.
- Lead the setup of Proof of Concepts and production deployments collaborating with team members and the AI Competence Center.
- Define validation criteria and oversee testing processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with a focus on business analysis.
- Strong expertise and handson experience with AI tools.
- Ability to coach and train team members on AI tools and capabilities.
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
- Familiarity with Copilot is a plus.
Language Skills
- Fluent in Dutch or French with proficiency in the other.
- Fluent in English.
