Job Description

Vacancy: Psychology Teacher

Location: West London

Contract Type: Fulltime immediate start to the end of the academic year

Are you a passionate and dedicated Psychology Teacher seeking an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people

We are currently working with a highly regarded secondary academy in West London that is looking for an enthusiastic and qualified Psychology Teacher to join their successful Humanities department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering engaging and effective lessons and a strong commitment to student achievement.

The Role:

  • Planning and delivering engaging and effective Psychology lessons to KS4 and KS5 students.
  • Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback.
  • Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment.
  • Contributing to the development of the Psychology curriculum.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues in the Humanities department.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • A strong academic background in Psychology.
  • Proven experience of teaching Psychology at KS4 and KS5.
  • Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for the subject.
  • A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to motivate and inspire students.
