SENDCo Dynamic Secondary School Hackney

Responsibilities:
- Lead the schools SEN provision and ensure all students with additional needs are supported.
- Work with teachers to develop effective teaching strategies for SEN students.
- Liaise with parents external agencies and staff to provide comprehensive support.
- Implement and monitor individual education plans (IEPs).
Experience and Qualifications:
- Qualified SENDCo with relevant experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Indepth knowledge of SEN legislation and best practices
- A clear DBS check
- Legal right to work in the UK
