Learning Mentor Inclusive Secondary School Camden

Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group mentoring to students facing academic or personal challenges.
- Develop and implement tailored support plans to address individual needs.
- Work closely with teachers parents and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support for students.
- Encourage positive behaviour engagement and selfconfidence in students.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience in a mentoring or support role is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with students
- A clear DBS check
- Legal right to work in the UK
