Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Inclusive Primary School Oxford

The role involves working closely with teachers and providing tailored assistance to students helping them overcome challenges and thrive both academically and socially.   • Learning Support Assistant (LSA) required on a fulltime permanent basis
  • Inclusive primary school located in Oxford
  • LSA to work 1:1 and in small groups supporting children with additional learning needs

Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or in a similar role is advantageous
  • A passion for working with children and supporting those with additional learning needs
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A clear DBS check
  • Legal right to work within the UK
