Job Description

Job Title: Maintenance Department Manager
Location: Head Office Navi Mumbai
Department: Maintenance

Were seeking a skilled Maintenance Department Manager to oversee and enhance our maintenance operations across branches. Your expertise in technical leadership service sales and team management will drive our mission to deliver exceptional maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

Overall Responsibility

  • Responsible for the overall functioning of the Maintenance Department.
  • Yearly Target setting for all the Branches and Achievement of Targets.

Service Sales Responsibility

  • Responsible for timely AMC Conversions AMC Renewals ANR Reduction Lost Lift Recovery etc.
  • Responsible for ontime billing and collection of payments.

Technical Responsibility

  • Ensure that the monthly maintenance schedule is 100% completed.
  • Ensure timely troubleshooting of all breakdown calls and callback ratio is reduced.
  • Ensuring that the Safety & Quality Audits are 100% completed.
  • Effective utilization of Manpower and achievement of higher utilization rates.

Repair Work Management

  • Responsible for revenue generation from Maintenance Repair works.
  • Ensure timely follow up and completion of Repair work at sites.

Material Management

  • Responsible for reduction of consumables and spares.
  • Ensuring stock is updated on a monthly basis and maintained at the required level (at HO and Branches).

Manpower Management

  • Responsible for Maintenance Team Recruitment Motivation Training Development and Attrition Control.
  • Conduct periodic Performance Appraisal of team members and guide them to improve their performance.

Miscellaneous Activities

  • Ensure achievement of client satisfaction by prompt response to customer issues.
  • Implementation of Maintenance software.
  • Branch visits to monitor the activities.
  • Ensure to provide necessary Reports.
