Mission:
As a Salesforce Developer within our Salesforce Center of Excellence you will be
responsible for designing developing testing and implementing Salesforce solutions to
meet our business requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in
Salesforce development excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to collaborate
effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Your responsibilities:
- Design develop and customise Salesforce applications and solutions using Apex
Visualforce Lightning Web Components Flows and other declarative tools. - Perform unit testing debugging and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and
stability of Salesforce solutions. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements and
translate them into technical solutions. - Provide high level estimations for requirements with few details and document viableoptions
- Collaborate with Product Owners and other team members to align on project goalsand actively contribute to their successful realisation
- Generate and update technical documentation
- Adhere to established software quality standards as defined by technical leadership
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features best practices and industry trends.
To succeed in this role youll need a positive attitude and the following:
- 3 years of development experience in Salesforce
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is a must. Salesforce
Administrator and Salesforce Platform App Builder certifications are desired. - Proficiency in Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components SOQL and
SOSL. - Experience with version control systems and continuous integration tools.
- Experience in Agile methodologies
- Experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs middleware
tools and ETL tools. - Excellent spoken and written english
- Excellent communication skills with the capacity to effectively communicatetechnical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
