Overview
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients recover from injuries and improve their overall physical health.
Responsibilities:
Implement prescribed care interventions in accordance with care plans developed by providers.
Provide clear instruction and guidance to patients and their caregivers on exercise regimens.
Assess patients needs demonstrating compassion and understanding of individual differences.
Recommend treatment modifications or adjustments to ensure patient safety comfort and continued progress.
Apply current research to improve function reduce symptoms and prevent injuries.
Complete thorough documentation to support the delivery of physical therapy services.
Collect relevant data to ensure accuracy and completeness of patient information.
Evaluate and record patient performance in their medical records.
Adhere to ethical and legal standards at all times.
Continuously update knowledge and skills to remain current with advancements in the field.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
Indepth understanding of physiological principles and best practices.
Skilled in conducting physical therapy evaluations creating treatment plans and implementing interventions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Strong ability to communicate effectively with patients and their caregivers.
Experience in healthcare administration and documentation practices.
Valid license or relevant certification to practice.
Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Knowledge of relevant laws regulations and best practices in physical therapy.
Background checks are required for this position.
