Key Responsibilities:
- Connect daily with new and existing clients (agencies or advertisers) through phone chat and email to identify sales opportunities and provide customized solutions
- Take a consultative sales approach to support client goals effectively
- Manage a portfolio of small business clients to drive revenue growth
- Prioritize outreach by assessing each clients unique needs
- Conduct research on markets industries and business models to gain insights
- Use local business knowledge to deliver tailored advertising experiences
- Offer personalized recommendations to address diverse client needs
- Improve client experiences by promoting optimal product use and evaluating performance
- Become an expert in client advertising solutions and their impact on results
- Commit to ongoing learning to enhance ad products and customer experiences
- Handle a portfolio of SMB clients to drive revenue as needed
- Provide pre and postsales support in your area of expertise
- Identify trends troubleshoot issues and provide valuable product feedback
- Share success stories from advertisers who have seen growth using our products
- Leverage a variety of tools to communicate and drive success for advertisers
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Czech (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (C1 level)
- At least one year of experience in sales or marketing
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
- Passionate about marketing technology and online advertising
- Eager to learn and grow within the industry
