Role Overview:
As a Content Moderator youll review usergenerated content to ensure it aligns with platform guidelines. Youll enforce content standards handle user appeals and work with your team to foster a safe and positive user experience while staying updated on trends to enhance moderation approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Review: Monitor videos audio comments and links to ensure they meet community standards. Identify and remove inappropriate content to maintain a secure platform.
- Guideline Enforcement: Ensure that all content including images and titles complies with platform rules.
- User Support: Manage user appeals and provide clear explanations for moderation actions.
- Compliance: Work with your team to ensure consistent adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Trend Monitoring: Track user trends and potential risks adjusting moderation strategies as needed.
- Process Improvement: Share insights to improve moderation tools and practices.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Hungarian (C1/C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (C1 level)
- EU citizenship or a Greek residency card
- At least one year of experience in customer support
- Strong analytical leadership and communication abilities
- Desire to learn and advance in the field
