Job Description
Seeking Med Surg RNs and/or Surgical Step Down RNsRegistered Nurses 36 Hrs. Night Shifts in the Boston MA area. This is a top healthcare network with the top compensation and excellent work culture.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver nursing care in the Medical Surgical including assessing diagnosing planning intervening evaluating and educating patients
Communicate with various health care team members patients and their families
Coordinate and delegate appropriate patient care activities to interprofessional colleagues
Update and manage patient records
Enter and interpret computerized data/information
Follow guidelines and policies established by BMCs nursing organization
Assist the leadership team as needed in quality improvement projects
Position: Registered Nurse Med Surg
Location: Menino 6 East
Schedule: 36 hours Rotating Day/Night w/ every other weekend/holiday (three 12hrs. shifts)

MustHaves
1. One year of RN experience
2. Must have active or pending Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license or the ability to obtain one.
3. Must be willing to work permanent nights with every other weekend (36hr/week)
NiceToHaves
1. More than 2 years of experience
2. Recent Step down med surg or ICU experience
3. Would be willing to consider someone with extensive acute rehab experience
