Job brief
The ideal candidate will lead daily scrum sprint review and planning meetings in a way that ensures full team engagement support.
Responsibilities
- Teach the team and organization to use agile and scrum practices and
their methodologies. - Oversee scrum process and coach team; facilitate transparency inspection and adaptation.
- Remove obstacles (e.g. cultural barriers logistical challenges) Foster close cooperation with all team members promoting crosstraining and
supporting each other. - Facilitate communication and collaboration within and outside the team.
- Protect the team from external interference and
ensure the team is fully functional and productive. - Promote selforganization and growth within the team.
- Ability to promote innovative thinking and personal improvement within the team
- Prior developer experience would be ideal.
- Experience with Agile development preferred as certified Scrum master (or similar role).
- Ability to coach team in agile practices and ensure adherence to agile
methodology to deliver maximum value. - Not afraid to do what is best for the team.
- Offers a high level of energy and is passionate about her/his work.
- Able to build a sense of trust and rapport that fosters a comfortable and effective work environment.
