Role Responsibilities and Key Duties
- Utilise advanced data analytics techniques to analyse and interpret complex datasets.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand data needs and deliver datadriven insights.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
- Identify trends patterns and anomalies in data to facilitate predictive modelling and forecasting.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to support business strategies.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting regular data audits.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in data analytics tools and technologies.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field. A Masters degree is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL Python R or similar.
- Experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau Power BI or equivalent.
- Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills capable of explaining complex data insights to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses is preferred.
Preferred Skills and Competencies
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques and statistical analysis.
- Experience in the technology or ecommerce sector is a plus.
- Proactive and selfmotivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Innovative thinker with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
