Job Description
We are looking for someone to join our dynamic team within our Solutions & Products division based at our five locations in SintDenijsWestrem SintPietersLeeuw Harelbeke Poederoijen and Essen. As a Consultant Project Engineer you will be responsible for the successful planning coordination and execution of technical projects within the organisation. You will play a crucial role in the entire project process from concept to completion ensuring that all aspects of the project run smoothly and stay within set deadlines and budgets.
Job Description:
- Project planning: Develop detailed project plans including tasks milestones resources and timelines.
- Project coordination: Coordinate project team activities and ensure everyone is aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Technical advice: Provide technical advice and expertise in project design and implementation.
- Develop and discuss conceptual drawings with suppliers until execution.
- Budget management: Manage the project budget closely and ensure costs stay within budget.
- Risk management: Identify and manage project risks to minimise potential disruptions or delays.
- Progress reporting: Prepare regular progress reports and communicate them to stakeholders inside and outside the organisation.
- Quality assurance: Ensure projects meet required quality standards and specifications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams external suppliers and customers to achieve project objectives.
Profile:
- Master degree Industrial Engineer.
- Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles and processes.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Teamoriented with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Analytical thinking skills and attention to detail.
- Stress resistance and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Dutch French and English are no problem for you.
