As we embark on our rapid expansion we are eagerly seeking talented individuals to join our team as Insurance Executive to provide unrivalled support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a good track record in insurance administration and telemarketing.
Responsibilities
General email servicing and enquiries support for Insurance team in Singapore
Data entry of prospective customers into cloudbased system
Follow up on new leads to secure new clientele
Generate quotes from insurers to support dealers
Generate daily sales report
Generate monthly renewal list for SG team to call and follow up
Prepare monthly reports such as tallying monthly sales report against reported cases
Tally warranty cases taken in and generate Excel report
Administrative duties to ensure completeness of insurance documentation
Requirements
Min OLevels / SPM and above
Certificate in General Insurance (BCP/ComGi/PGI) is a plus
Min 2 years experience in insurance administration
Telemarketing background preferred with coldcall experience
Wellversed in Microsoft Excel
Strong initiative and communication skills keen attention to detail and goaloriented
Able to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities
Commitment to excellent customer service
