Job Description
United Feed Co. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Manager to join our team. As a leader in the agricultural industry we are committed to providing our customers with highquality feed products. We are looking for a motivated individual who can effectively manage our logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the supply chain process
Oversee all aspects of logistics including transportation warehousing inventory management and distribution
Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Negotiate contracts and rates with carriers and suppliers to ensure costeffective and timely delivery of products
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels orders and shipments
Manage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including suppliers carriers and customers
Ensure compliance with all transportation and safety regulations
Develop and train a team of logistics staff to ensure smooth operations
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Stay updated on industry trends and developments to make strategic recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in logistics management
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Proficient in logistics software and systems
Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
Strong knowledge in SAP
Knowledge of transportation laws and regulations
Saudi only
