Experience & Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience in Key Stage 1 teaching; a background in SEN education or exposure to working with children with special educational needs is preferred
- Empathetic and adaptable approach to teaching with the patience and creativity needed to support and encourage students facing unique learning challenges
- Strong communication and teamwork skills enabling effective collaboration with SEN staff teaching assistants and parents to create a supportive holistic learning environment for each student
- Commitment to inclusive education with the flexibility to modify lesson plans and instructional methods to meet diverse student needs
- Enhanced DBS check required to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students in your care
