A dynamic and forwardthinking coeducational academy in Southall West London seeks an enthusiastic and experienced Business Studies Teacher to join their thriving Business department. This fulltime permanent position commencing in January 2025 offers a fantastic opportunity to inspire a love of business and equip students with the skills and knowledge they need for success in the modern world.

The Role:
- Inspire and Engage: Deliver engaging and differentiated Business Studies lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5 fostering a deep understanding of business principles practices and the global economy.
- Curriculum Development: Contribute to the planning and delivery of a challenging and enriching Business Studies curriculum that incorporates current industry trends and realworld case studies.
- Develop Key Skills: Equip students with essential business skills including financial literacy marketing communication and problemsolving.
- Pastoral Involvement: Play an active role in the pastoral care of students supporting their wellbeing and personal development.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Teacher: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a genuine passion for Business Studies education.
- Subject Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of business concepts theories and practices with experience in areas such as finance marketing and management.
- Engaging Educator: Employ innovative teaching methods to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
