Mission:
The Strategy team plays a critical role in shaping the companys future by
challenging the status quo ensuring strategic clarity and enhancing
communication between management the Board investors employees and
partners.
We are looking for a Strategy Manager passionate about shaping the companys
future with strong analytics skills collaborative and down to earth approach.
Your responsibilities:
- Challenging and supporting decisionmaking
- Critical advisor to the business by challenging assumptions anddecisions
- Analytical insights to guide executive team in making informeddecisions
- Identification of risks and opportunities that can impact thecompanys strategy
- Strategic planning and alignment
- Lead the development of the company strategic plans and goals andensure alignment across business
- Work with executive leadership team to define priorities
- Market and competitive analysis
- Articulation of strategy to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure alignment with Board expectations
- Support articulate strategy internally and externally
To succeed in this role youll need a positive attitude and the following:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business or a related field; Masters degree a plus
- Proven experience 45 years in consulting advisory corporate strategy roles or a related field
- Track record in leading strategic planning and influencing senior leadershipChallenge status quo mindset
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication stakeholder management cross functional collaboration and presentation skills
- Ability to navigate complex business challenges and drive results in a dynamic environment
- Mid level experience (45 years)
