Job Description
Were looking for an intern who is motivated creative and passionate about learning effective communication and bringing ideas to life through engaging content to join our Polestar Training team for a 6month fulltime internship starting January 2025 at Polestars HQ in Gothenburg.
This internship will give you the opportunity to learn and gain exposure within a global fast paced dynamic organization where youll play a vital role in supporting course creation and development!
The Opportunity
As a course creator intern youll work together with our content team to support design and refine learning materials. This position offers a handson opportunity to dive into the world of instructional design develop your skills in content creation and gain valuable experience in stakeholder communication.
The Responsibilities
- Assist in Course Development: Work closely with our instructional designers to support the creation of courses to make sure they are structured accessible and tailored to meet the needs including review of copy.
- Engage with Stakeholders: Communicate with various stakeholders to gather insights understand requirements and ensure course content aligns with overall learning objectives. Which also includes administrative tasks to maintain proper training management.
- Scenariobased training & animations: If you have a flair for visual storytelling youll have the opportunity to create animations and scenariobased training modules making content more dynamic and interactive.
The Ideal Candidate
To be a great fit for this internship we believe you have:
- Passion for learning and development: Youre genuinely interested in helping others learn and grow and youre excited by the prospect of creating impactful educational content.
- Strong communication skills: Youre comfortable communicating with different stakeholders and enjoy translating ideas into clear concise and engaging materials.
- Attention to detail: You care about quality and take pride in delivering wellcrafted content.
- Creativity in design: Experience or interest in creating animations illustrations or scenariobased training modules is a huge plus!
