DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify research and develop new business leads and opportunities
- Reengage inactive prospects across the DACH region
- Conduct thorough research and create detailed presales presentations for accounts focused on AI Hybrid Cloud Business Transformation and Cybersecurity consulting services
- Assist in achieving Service Level Agreement (SLA) goals by supporting client partners and field sales teams with followup and customer engagement efforts
- Foster strong customer and sales team relationships by providing expert product knowledge
- Maintain a wellorganized sales pipeline by regularly tracking activities and updating CRM records
- Communicate effectively with sales teams and customer partners through various communicationchannels
- Schedule sales appointments based on qualification criteria to maximize meeting attendance
- Meet personal sales targets and contribute to the achievement of team and client KPIs
- Manage and nurture a healthy sales pipeline using relevant systems and tools
- Offer valuable insights into market trends customer feedback product performance and lessons learned from customer interactions and research
- Proactively identify potential challenges and propose innovative solutions
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/Fluent in both German and English with strong communication skills in both written and spoken forms
- Strong capability to engage and present to senior stakeholders
- Deep understanding of business and sales dynamics including expertise in various lines of business industry sectors and market segments
- Strong critical thinking skills to align product and service offerings with opportunities in large multidepartment global enterprises
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fastpaced environment
- Previous experience in B2B enterprise sales or similar roles with expertise in activities such as cold calling selfgenerated prospecting objection handling and delivering excellent customer service.
- A positive open attitude towards constructive feedback
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a group setting
- Proficient in basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and familiar with sales tools like CRMs
