Experience and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a sports assistant role or working with children ideally in a special needs environment.
- Passion for sport and physical activity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and modify physical activities to suit individual student needs.
- A patient and supportive approach to working with students.
- A clear DBS.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
