We are seeking an experienced and dynamic senior HR Specialist to join our rapidly growing company inVilnius. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations including recruitment talent retention payroll and work permit management.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the fintech industry
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding new employees
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
HR Operations and Compliance
Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely salary payments
Oversee the administration of employee benefits and compensation packages
Ensure compliance with Lithuanian labor laws and regulations including work permit requirements forinternational employees
Employee Relations and Retention
Foster a positive work environment and company culture to enhance employee satisfaction and retention
Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues
Implement and oversee employee engagement initiatives and programs
Performance Management and Development
Develop and implement performance evaluation systems
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities for employees
HR Reporting
Prepare and present HR reports and analytics
Manage local HR budget and resources effectively
Legal support
Liaise with our law firm and external regulatory parties
ESG Reporting
Prepare and present ESG reports and analytics to the MP Group ESG manager
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management preferably in the fintech or financial services sector
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian labor laws and HR best practices
Strong understanding of international work permit processes
Proficiency in HR information systems and payroll software
Fluent in both Lithuanian and English with excellent communication skills
Key Competencies
Technical Skills:
Indepth knowledge of HR functions including recruitment performance management and employeerelations
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Strong understanding of HR technology and HRIS platforms
Behavioral Competencies:
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
Interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Adaptability and flexibility in a fastpaced changing environment
