Job Description

What we are looking for

We are looking for a Global Procurement Manager who will be a key driver in optimizing our procurement processes and ensuring the efficient sourcing of goods and services. You will be responsible for managing vendor relationships negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. Your analytical skills and strategic approach will help control spend and provide valuable insights to drive costsaving initiatives. This role is ideal for a numbersdriven professional with excellent negotiation skills and a strategic mindset.


What does the job involve

  • Sourcing and Negotiations: Identify evaluate and source suppliers negotiating favorable terms and ensuring the best value for the company.
  • Vendor Relations Purchasing and Contract Administration: Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships oversee the purchasing process and manage contracts to ensure compliance and performance.
  • Spend Control and Analytics: Monitor analyze and report on procurement spend implementing strategies to control costs and drive savings.
  • Procurement Policy Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements promoting ethical and sustainable practices.
  • Team Leadership: Lead mentor and develop the procurement team fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment.
  • System and Process Optimization: Leverage procurement software and ERP tools to streamline processes enhance efficiency and improve data accuracy.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends risks and opportunities providing insights to inform strategic sourcing decisions.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of all procurementrelated information protecting the integrity and privacy of sensitive data.


Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement with at least 3 years in a team management role.
  • Must have a CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) accreditation or a local equivalent.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Finance or a related field.
  • Proficiency with procurement software such as Coupa Procurify or ERP tools.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with a proven track record of effective negotiation and costsaving initiatives/strategic sourcing.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes sourcing strategies contract negotiation and vendor management.
  • Experience in managing and developing procurement teams.
  • Strong communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global crossfunctional team environment.
  • Commitment to ethical practices and compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
