The Role:
- Teach English across Key Stages 3 and 4 inspiring students with a love of language and literature and equipping them with the skills to communicate effectively and think critically.
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to a range of learning styles and abilities fostering a deep appreciation for reading writing speaking and listening.
- Contribute to the development of a challenging and enriching English curriculum that covers a variety of literary genres writing styles and critical analysis techniques.
- Play an active role in the schools extracurricular programme leading English clubs organizing literary events and supporting students in their academic pursuits.
Candidate Profile:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have a genuine passion for English education.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of English language literature and grammar.
