Job Description
A highly regarded primary school in Berkshire is seeking a dedicated and proactive KS1 Teacher to join their team starting January 2025. This is a wonderful opportunity to work with enthusiastic young learners in a nurturing environment that values both academic excellence and personal growth. As a KS1 Teacher youll have the chance to make a meaningful impact on children at an essential stage of their development.

We are looking for a KS1 Teacher who can create engaging lessons inspire students and support each child in reaching their potential.

Responsibilities of the KS1 Teacher:
- As a KS1 Teacher you will be responsible for the pastoral care and academic progress of your class creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Teaching the Key Stage 1 curriculum with a focus on each childs individual learning goals building on their strengths and supporting their growth areas.
- Developing foundational literacy and numeracy skills through wellstructured differentiated lessons as a KS1 Teacher.
- Fostering social and emotional development building confidence teamwork and a love of learning in your KS1 classroom.
- Monitoring pupils progress providing constructive feedback and maintaining communication with parents regarding their childs progress as a KS1 Teacher.

- Strong classroom management skills and confidence to lead a KS1 class effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability in teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of KS1 students.
