Position Overview:
The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering a comprehensive and engaging Business Studies curriculum to students across Key Stages 4 and 5. The role entails fostering a stimulating and interactive learning environment that encourages critical thinking problemsolving and an understanding of key business principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver captivating Business Studies lessons that align with the national curriculum and the schools educational ethos.
- Create a classroom atmosphere that promotes student engagement participation and collaboration.
- Assess and monitor student progress providing constructive feedback to facilitate individual growth.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Business Studies department and across the school to enrich the learning experience.
- Stay abreast of current trends and developments in the business world and incorporate them into your teaching.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelors degree or higher in Business Studies Economics or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Demonstrated experience teaching Business Studies at the secondary level.
