The Role:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring Art lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 with the potential to teach at Key Stage 5 depending on your experience and expertise.
- Foster a love of art in students encouraging them to explore a variety of art forms techniques and media.
- Create a dynamic and inclusive art studio where students feel safe to experiment express themselves and develop their artistic skills.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of an innovative Art curriculum that reflects current trends and best practices.
- Assess and monitor student progress providing constructive feedback and guidance to support their artistic development.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Art and Design.
- A proven track record of successful teaching and learning outcomes in Art.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
