The Role:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 with the potential to teach at Key Stage 5 depending on your experience and expertise.
- Foster a deep understanding of mathematical concepts and principles encouraging students to develop their problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Create a supportive and stimulating learning environment where students feel confident to explore mathematical ideas and challenge themselves.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a rigorous and innovative Maths curriculum that caters to a range of learning styles and abilities.
- Assess and monitor student progress providing constructive feedback and guidance to support their mathematical development.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Mathematics.
- A proven track record of successful teaching and learning outcomes in Maths.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
