The Role:
- Deliver engaging and effective French lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a dynamic and innovative French curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress providing constructive feedback and support.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the teaching of French.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the overall success of the Modern Foreign Languages department.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A deep understanding of the UK National Curriculum for French.
- A proven track record of successful teaching and learning outcomes.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
- A passion for French language and culture and a desire to inspire students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students parents and colleagues.
