Shared Service Center in Wrocaw is looking to hire an enthusiastic and motivated
Specialist Customer Service (Export)
Your main areas of responsibility will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact to the Oras Group customers worldwide (B2B)
- Receiving and processing of customers inquiries (emails) delivering highquality service
- Ensuring customers inquiries are answered and requirements are properly documented and communicated regarding the orders and logistics
- Providing problem resolution in accordance with the organizations service standards
- Liaising with internal stakeholders like demand planning and logistics and reinforcing agreed upon leadtimes with customers and business unit
- Liaising where necessary with sales finance technical department and production in an effort to solve customers issues
- Providing technical and product consulting for customers
- Customs clearance processing
Required Skills Abilities and Qualifications:
- Willingness to provide excellent customer service
- Strong verbal communication skills
- English level B2/C1
- German skills would be an asset
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Previous experience in customer service / sales / international trade
- Previous experience in customs and logistics would be appreciated
- Open and friendly attitude towards teammates and others
- Experience in international work environment
