Our approach integrates a variety of services designed to engage consumers elevate brand visibility and drive sales performance all contributing to a seamless and impactful retail experience.

The Business Manager serves as a vital liaison between clients and our organization overseeing relationships and driving strategic objectives. This role involves external client engagement and internal operational management ensuring the success and profitability of our partnerships.

Internal Responsibilities

    • Develop and nurture relationships with Google serving as the primary point of contact and building trust through exceptional service and support
    • Manage daytoday client communication and ongoing relationships related to current new and upcoming projects
    • Drive strategic account planning and execution identifying growth opportunities and developing plans to expand business with existing clients
    • Actively participate in strategic discussions to identify market trends competitive threats and opportunities for business expansion
    • Analyze account performance and provide insights to senior management on trends opportunities and areas for improvement
    • Prepare and execute Agency Business Reviews and provide Google with reports and decision support upon request
    • Manage the Team Lead and extended team members facilitating regular meetings and performance reviews to promote effective communication growth and accountability
    • Provide ongoing guidance coaching and support to team members to enhance performance and development
    • Ensure the profitability of accounts by effectively managing project scope timelines and budgets
    • Govern account financials to ensure budget spending aligns with established limits and manage the payment of supplier invoices

External Responsibilities

    • Manage overall partnerships between WorkShop and Google ensuring alignment on strategic objectives
    • Collaborate crossfunctionally with other Google departments (e.g. Marketing Global Training) to enhance project delivery
    • Support Google with smaller BI projects visualization analysis and other interpretations of BI data
    • Manage Google input and feedback for all projects ensuring detailed direction and timelines are adhered to
    • Ensure governance structures are followed and provide clients with regular status reports
    • Manage the account structure and way of communication to facilitate transparency and effectiveness
    • Attend trade shows and other industry events as necessary to capitalize on networking and relationshipbuilding opportunities
    • Set clear performance targets and follow up on established cadence to ensure accountability and alignment with client expectations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration Management or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 5 years of experience in business management or a related role
  • Strong analytical financial and strategic planning skills
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Tablau Salesforce Asana Gsuite MS Office
  • Fluent in English

Working hours: Fulltime ongoing with 6 months probation period

Placement: Stockholm HQNextGenRetailHub (The role includesnational and international travels)
