Role overview
We are looking for an Account Executive to work as part of our Client Services team across different disciplines. Reporting to a Client Services Account Director you will support account teams with the delivery of single or multiple service client programmes across a range of accounts. You will work across a variety of channels including trade media paid search and paid social as part of global account teams for a number of clients in leadingedge technology sectors.
The location for this role is flexible with hybrid working options in London Bath or Luton as well as the possibility for you to work entirely remotely in the UK.
As an Account Executiveat Publitek you will:
Review material to ensure client ads are approved free of errors and meet publisher specifications before setup and delivery via inhouse software or social platforms
Set up Paid Social channels and PPC campaigns from the start of the campaign including optimisation and reporting.
Work with other account executives to monitor ads raise and resolve any issues immediately and make recommendations for the optimisation of results
Manage the collation and delivery of your defined tasks within the reporting process for your clients
Work with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing
Research appropriate paid channels trade publishers and paid social target audiences based on your knowledge of the industry and the audience
Build relationships with key contacts at publishers to facilitate the negotiation of optimum rates for media insertions on behalf of clients

Contribute to client meetings by taking meeting notes and identifying the followup actions for the team
Manage delivery timescales and changes related to your defined tasks
You will bring:
Relevant previous work or internship experience
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite of products
A basic understanding of media buying strategies tactics and the key advertising metrics
Familiarity with PPC and paid social channels
Experience establishing communication and engagement with partners
Experience balancing multiple tasks in a team environment
Proficient written English skills
