Werelooking for a passionate and experienced Frontend Software Engineer to become a core member of our forwardthinking team in Gdask. This position combines the best of both worlds: the creative energy of inoffice collaboration and the flexibility of remote work.
As a Frontend Software Engineer at ABAX you will be at the forefront of developing cuttingedge userfocused web applications that enhance our innovative SaaS solutions and reach a global audience. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including backend/fullstack developers business analysts UX/UI designers and QA engineers to create and implement highquality frontend solutions.
- Provide technical input during the requirements gathering phase and influence the development of specifications.
- Write clean maintainable and efficient code that aligns with modern web standards.
- Perform thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices maintainability and quality standards.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability through effective frontend architecture.
- Ensure responsive design and seamless user experiences across different devices and browsers.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and continuously improve the existing codebase by incorporating new technologies and practices.
- Integrate and collaborate with backend services and APIs to create cohesive endtoend solutions.
- Work closely with the Chief Architect to develop lightweight cloudready applications.
- Ensure compliance with web security standards and implement best practices related to CORS SSL/TLS and OAuth.
We Believe You Have:
- 24 years of proven experience as a frontend developer with expertise in one or more major frameworks: Vue React or Angular.
- Deep understanding of frontend design patterns including MVC and related principles.
- Strong knowledge of modern web technologies: HTML5 CSS3 SASS SCSS and ES6.
- Experience with performance optimization techniques (script compilation minifying caching).
- Familiarity with web server technologies such as Nginx or Node.js.
- Proficiency in working with HTTP and building applications that consume REST APIs.
- Exposure to modern development tools and practices including WebComponents WebPack Babel Node NPM and Yarn.
- Basic experience with DevOps tools and processes particularly GitLab or Docker.
- Understanding of clientside realtime data handling (WebSockets or SignalR).
- Effective use of version control systems like Git/GitLab.
- Experience working in agile environments (Kanban or Scrum).
- Strong communication skills in English with the ability to articulate technical concepts and collaborate with a diverse team.
