In this role youll be an important part of our marketing team driving performance metrics scaling campaigns and strategically managing ad spend to maximize impact. Your responsibilities:
- Shape Our Paid Ads Strategy: Drive our lead acquisition strategies from concept to execution ensuring were consistently attracting highquality leads.
- Optimize Campaigns for Success: Design manage and enhance campaigns across key channels like LinkedIn Google Ads Meta and more to boost engagement and results.
- Innovate with Continuous Testing: Experiment with new channels ad formats and targeting methods to expand reach and discover fresh opportunities.
- DataDriven Insights: Dive deep into campaign performance transforming data into powerful insights that guide and refine our marketing strategies.
- Smart Budgeting for Maximum ROI: Take ownership of budget allocation making every euro count toward highimpact results.
- Communicate Results: Report campaign KPIs and insights to senior management showcasing our successes and learning opportunities.
- Creative Collaboration with Design Team: Partner closely with our design team to produce compelling ad assets and landing pages that convert using Canva templates to quickly create new assets.
- Boost Lead Quality with Sales Team: Join forces with our country sales teams to finetune lead quality ensuring were bringing in the best.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep a pulse on digital marketing innovations and industry trends to keep our campaigns at the forefront.
Qualifications:
- You have 4 years of handson experience managing performance marketing campaigns in a B2B setting consistently driving growth and achieving ambitious KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that guide our strategy
- Youre proficient across major advertising platformsLinkedIn Google Ads Meta and beyondmaking every campaign count.
- You are an A/B testing pro who wants to experiment to continuously optimize performance
- You are confident with web analytics and reporting tools (like Google Analytics) understanding the story behind the numbers.
- You have excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple countries channels and campaigns simultaneously
