Job Description
Are you ready to dive into highstakes financial analysis with a focus on Due Diligence and M&A Were looking for a seasoned Financial Analyst whos got the CPA chops transaction experience and drive to shape impactful acquisition decisions. Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Lead highlevel accounting deliverables ensuring toptier accuracy for Due Diligence (DD) reports
- Collaborate with and manage junior analysts in our overseas team
- Dive deep into financial details including resolving complex discrepancies like COGS issues
- Conduct thorough risk analysis to identify growth opportunities for client acquisitions
- Prepare and present DD reports to clients with clarity and professionalism
- Balance team oversight with handson financial analysis offering direct support and guidance
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- Experience: 3 years in finance/accounting auditing or Due Diligence
- Leadership: Strong management skills with a background in project management or operations
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; adept at presenting complex information to clients
- Attention to Detail: Unmatched accuracy integrity and a detailoriented approach
- Client Focus: Previous account management experience; able to build client trust and provide valuable insights
