What is this incredible role
The Customer Care Internship is a customer serviceoriented role where you make sure that we offer the best value for top decisionmakers as well as the solution providers to utilize our service to the fullest! You keep our customers engaged respond to their requests and actively reach out to them to prepare them for their meetings. In simple words you will be the face/voice of our company when our service is delivered to them!

We are looking for students who are eager to gain practical experience and grow their skills in a dynamic work environment. Whether youre studying Business Administration Event Management Hotel Management or any other relevant field we welcome all students passionate about customer service and eager to be part of an international team.
Where can you work in such an awesome job
With us at Management Events! We are like Tinder for enterprises but without the swiping and weird pickup lines. We set up virtual networking events to connect top decisionmakers with innovative companies to see if they can collaborate on business challenges. At these events the Clevel executives talk to several companies that can help them with their projects. This all happens on our virtual platform where attendees can enjoy inspirational keynote speakers and participate in group discussions.
In this role you would be working in our Helsinki office.
How will you have an impact
- Providing customer service on the phone in virtual meetings and via email
- Assisting in planning the speed date sessions between decisionmakers and solution providers
- Guiding attendees through our virtual platform before and during meetings
- Collecting feedback and delivering services that meet customer needs
- Ensuring that 121 meetings are delivered in a timely manner
We are looking for a new colleague with:
- Ongoing studies in a relevant field (such as Business Administration Event Management Hotel Management or any other studies are welcome)
- A highclass customer service mindset
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Good IT skills (MS Office)
- Professionallevel proficiency in English
- Ambition to learn and succeed in your work
- A positive attitude and team spirit!
