      What will you do

      At INNOCV we are looking for a Business Development Manager specialized in technology with a consultative approach to drive the growth and positioning of our technological services in the market. This position requires a balance between commercial skills and a deep understanding of the most advanced technological solutions.

      The ideal candidate will be a professional with experience in business development in technology sectors with the ability to establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients leading value propositions from a strategic and consultative perspective. We are looking for someone experienced who brings a relevant network of contacts and is resultsoriented capable of identifying business opportunities in complex environments.

        Responsibilities:

        • Business Development: Identify and develop new commercial opportunities in the field of technology consulting collaborating with current and potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
        • Strategic Consulting: Advise clients on digital transformation and the adoption of innovative technologies acting as a trusted consultant.
        • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with key executives and decisionmakers in companies across various sectors.
        • Value Generation: Collaborate with internal teams in technology delivery and other areas to design value propositions that align INNOCVs technical capabilities with market needs.
        • Sales Cycle Management: From initial prospecting to closing including proposal preparation and followup as well as negotiation.
        • Network Development: Expand the network of contacts in the sector by participating in events conferences and technological forums.
        • Internal Collaboration: Work crossfunctionally with technology teams engagement managers marketing and operations to ensure that the solutions offered align with the companys capabilities.

        What do we value

        • Experience: At least 5 years in business development or sales roles in technology consulting or IT services.
        • Technical Knowledge: Indepth knowledge of emerging technologies digital transformation cloud solutions artificial intelligence mobile applications platforms transformation processes etc.
        • Network of Contacts: A solid network of contacts in key industries such as banking energy telecommunications retail or healthcare.
        • Communication Skills: Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients at the executive level.
        • ResultsOriented: Strong focus on achieving objectives and exceeding sales targets.
        • Education: University degree in Engineering Technology Business Administration Economics or similar. An MBA postgraduate degree and/or studies in business management will be viewed favorably.
        • Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English.
