Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Operate thermal spray machines effectively to apply coatings per specifications.Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance on spray equipment to ensure optimal performance.Perform machine setup adjustments and monitor equipment for any issues.Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety and quality guidelines.Ensure coatings meet quality and durability standards through visual inspection and testing.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.Qualifications:Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills with mechanical equipment.Robotics experience is a plus particularly in automated spray processes.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is an advantage.
