Tasks
Your Commitment will include:
- Lead and develop the ICT Application Technologies team in terms of personnel expertise and financial management following HR and ICT personnel processes.
- Oversee the operation of systems in SAPERP CRM BW and related addons ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) through collaboration with internal and external suppliers.
- Manage subprojects during the SAP S/4 transformation with SAP RISE focusing on SAP technologies CALM BTP SAC integration development and user management.
- Contribute to building a new operational organization with internal and external suppliers during the transformation.
- Promote collaboration between application and technology ICT teams as well as internal and external customers and suppliers ensuring compliance with relevant requirements.
- Plan and coordinate ICT projects within the team in collaboration with project portfolio management.
- Participate in the oncall support system.
Requirements
Achieving the difference requires:
- Degree in computer science business informatics or equivalent education.
- Several years of experience leading teams and managing projects with proven success.
- Strong technological knowledge of SAP and a good understanding of its applications.
- Ideally previous involvement in a successful SAP S/4 implementation in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills and a goaloriented structured creative and independent working style with a focus on quality.
- Proficiency in German and the ability to communicate professionally in English.
