Tasks
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and prioritize product features that align with Sonder Healthcares mission and values.
- Develop and maintain a product backlog ensuring it is uptodate and reflects the strategic direction of the company.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on product development and delivery timelines.
- Analyze user feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements and ensure a competitive offering in the home health care services industry.
- Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement in product development processes.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Healthcare Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of home health care services and familiarity with hospice care practices.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment with excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to the companys core values of diversity empathy honesty and inclusivity.
