Job Title: Senior UI Designer
Experience: 5 years
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing usercentered design solutions along with an eye for clean purposeful and artful design. You’ll collaborate with UX product and development teams to create intuitive engaging and consistent user experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of design principles and a commitment to delivering beautiful effective interfaces that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and refine highquality user interfaces for web and mobile applications ensuring a seamless user experience.
Collaborate with UX designers product managers and developers to translate concepts and wireframes into intuitive visually appealing UI.
Maintain and enforce UI design standards including style guides and component libraries to ensure consistency across all products.
Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of UI designs.
Prototype and iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing.
Stay uptodate with industry trends competitive design practices and emerging technologies.
Ensure designs are optimized for accessibility usability and performance across devices.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design Interaction Design or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
5 years of experience in UI design preferably in a product or software development environment.
Proficiency in UI design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar. Strong understanding of layout typography color theory and interaction design
principles. Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and their impact on
design. Experience in creating responsive designs for both desktop and mobile platforms. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an ability to present design
ideas clearly. Strong portfolio demonstrating highquality design work attention to detail and
problemsolving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with UX research methods and processes. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools (e.g. After Effects) is a plus.
