Drive sales and achieve targets for Home Loans and LAP by developing a strong client base managing a highperforming sales team and ensuring exceptional customer service. Build market presence and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets for Home Loans and LAP.
Build and manage relationships with clients brokers and developers.
Recruit train and lead a team of sales executives.
Collaborate with credit and operations teams for seamless loan processing.
