What you will do:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking research and industry events. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads.
Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitor strategies. Develop business development plans that align with the company s growth objectives.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients partners and key stakeholders to foster longterm business partnerships.
Sales Growth: Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that convert leads into sales. Identify crossselling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
Partnership Development: Negotiate and close business deals partnerships and alliances. Develop proposals presentations and contracts tailored to client needs.
Networking & Events: Represent the company at industry events trade shows and conferences to promote our solutions and establish new connections.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including marketing product and customer success to ensure business development strategies are aligned with product offerings and customer needs.
Performance Monitoring: Track business development metrics report on progress and make datadriven decisions to refine strategies and achieve growth targets.
Contract & Agreement Management: Draft review and negotiate contracts with clients and partners to ensure mutual benefits and adherence to company standards.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or a related field; MBA preferred.
Experience: 37 years of experience in business development sales or a similar role with a proven track record of achieving revenue growth.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with specific industry and its market dynamics trends and challenges.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Negotiation & Persuasion: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and create winwin outcomes for the business and clients.
Analytical Skills: Ability to gather analyze and interpret data to inform business strategies and decisionmaking processes.
CRM Expertise: Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce HubSpot or Zoho to track leads deals and progress.
SelfStarter: Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fastpaced environment.
