Job Description
As a Market Data Analyst you will:
- Collect validate and deliver highquality timely market data across the organization to support essential processes such as market risk calculations balance sheet management and derivatives valuation.
- Maintain and manage historical market data for financial risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and continuously improve data quality.
- Automate and standardize data feeds to enhance data flow efficiency across systems.
- Translate customer requests for new data feeds into actionable items for the development team.
- Support the migration to a new enterprise market data management system contributing to system transformations.
- Collaborate closely with IT and business experts to identify and implement process optimizations that integrate market data seamlessly into banking systems.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5 years of experience in a similar role with a strong background in finance data management or a related field.
- A Master s degree in Finance Economics Business Information or another relevant discipline.
- Proficiency with data management quality and governance practices.
- Handson experience or knowledge in working with market data platforms like Bloomberg Reuters or other financial data vendors.
- Familiarity with enterprise data management systems.
- Technical skills in programming languages such as Python SQL or VBA are advantageous.
You should possess the ability to:
- Apply strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively in English with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrate customerfocused thinking and the ability to translate requests into technical requirements.
- Work effectively in a fastpaced crossfunctional and international team environment.
