We are looking for a TS/SCI cleared Technical Program Manager to join our team in delivering toptier data analytics and visualization solutions for clients and prospective customers supporting our enterprise sales and account management efforts. Our ideal candidates are intelligent dedicated and adaptable individuals ready to find their niche within our dynamic organization.
Qualifications:
Experience in Defense/Intelligence Project Leadership: A proven track record in managing projects and programs within the DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) is essential.
Education Requirement: A bachelor s degree is mandatory.
Professional Background: Candidates should bring at least 7 years of postcollege experience in software engineering.
Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI Clearance is required for this role.
Hybrid Role: Flexibility to work onsite several times a week is necessary; candidates must live within a 30minute commute.
Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience in coordinating complex software projects with exceptional organizational skills.
Customer Engagement: Confident in managing interactions with highvalue clients and setting realistic expectations for largescale projects.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Communication: Strong skills in public speaking interpersonal communication and written expression are crucial.
Proposal Development: Familiarity with proposal writing and capture activities comfortable leading or contributing to larger proposal teams.
Educational Background: Advanced degrees in science engineering or business (MBA) are advantageous though significant relevant experience may substitute.
Technical Insight: While a background in software engineering is not mandatory indepth experience working alongside technical teams is necessary. You should be able to lead detailed technical discussions with both clients and internal teams.
MissionDriven Insight: Indepth understanding of DoD missions and a genuine commitment to mission objectives backed by at least 5 years in the DoD/IC sector.
Responsibilities:
Program Oversight: Manage and execute technical program activities at every stage to enhance the customer experience.
Domain Expertise: Provide indepth insights across digital platforms staying informed on emerging trends in digital experience technologies.
Solution Presentation: Effectively communicate the value of our solutions to address customer needs showcasing unique advantages over competitors.
Customer Engagement: Translate technical concepts into accessible language ensuring solutions align with client requirements.
Demonstrations and Presentations: Deliver tailored presentations to various stakeholders from power users to executives illustrating our solutions business impact.
Proof of Concept Management: Guide customers through proof of concept/value processes across diverse industries.
Proposal Support: Assist with responses to RFI/RFPs and business case requests.
Solution Leadership: Partner with sales teams to provide strategic guidance on the business value of our solutions.
Sales Collaboration: Work alongside Account Executives and client accounts setting realistic expectations and building trust throughout the customer relationship.
Competitive Strategy: Coach sales teams on positioning our solutions within a broader technology landscape and against competitors.
Best Practices Advocacy: Promote and implement best practices both internally and with clients.
Business Development Support: Assist with regional business initiatives and participate in marketing events as needed.
Additional Responsibilities: Handle other tasks as assigned to support team success.
